    The first IELTS writing task 2 template is for an opinion essay IELTS task 2. For an opinion essay IELTS, you must back up your reasons and support your ideas. The exact IELTS writing task 2 template you should follow is in paragraph one you should be your introduction, paragraph two should be the first reason, paragraph three should be your second reason or your second opinion and then paragraph four should be your conclusion.
    Just remember that your paragraph two and paragraph three should be two completely different opinions. In other words, you cannot write about the same exact opinion and elaborate more on it in paragraph three for example just make sure you choose and back up two ideas of the same opinion, one for paragraph two and one for paragraph three.

    To What Extent Do You Agree Or Disagree Essay

    The second IELTS writing task 2 template is for a to what extent do you agree or disagree essay. For this type of essay, you must choose either that you agree with a particular topic or you disagree with it. You cannot write that you agree and disagree. You have to choose one or the other and then you must back up your points with two supporting reasons in paragraphs two and three.
    The exact breakdown of the to what extent do you agree or disagree type of essay is paragraph one should be your introduction, paragraph two should be the first paragraph of either agreeing or disagreeing with two supporting points.

    Problem And Solution Essay Examples Of The Writing Structure

    The third IELTS writing task 2 template is for a problem or solution essay. Below are the exact problem and solution essay examples of the writing format you should follow. You must state the problem and then you must discuss the solution in one paragraph. The breakdown of the problem and solution essay examples writing structure is in paragraph 1 you should write your introduction, paragraph 2 should be your problem, paragraph 3 should be your solution, and then paragraph 4 should be your

    Finally, the last IELTS writing task 2 template is for an advantages and disadvantages essay sample writing structure. In this type of advantages and disadvantages essay sample, you are required to discuss both the advantages and the disadvantages of a particular question.
    In paragraph one you should write your introduction, in paragraph two you should write the advantages with two supporting points. In paragraph three you should write the disadvantages, then in paragraph four, you should write your opinion only if the question asks for it.
    Remember, if the question does not ask you to write your opinion, do not write it because this will be an indication to the examiner that you don’t know how to follow instructions. Furthermore, in paragraph five you would write your conclusion.

Especially because you can get a low band just specifically for not being able to follow instructions.

    one other point that is important to know about the advantages and disadvantages essay is that when you are writing about the advantages, just choose one advantage with two supporting points and then choose one disadvantage to discuss in paragraph three with two supporting points.

    Sentence For Sentence Essay Structure

    Your introduction should be a maximum of four sentences,
    then your first body paragraph should be a maximum of four sentences as well. In addition to this, your second body paragraph should only be four sentences maximum,
    and your third body paragraph depends on the essay type you are writing sometimes you will need a third body paragraph but sometimes you will not but this paragraph should also be a maximum of four sentences.
    Then, your conclusion should be a maximum of three sentences, so just remember that a sentence should be
    a cluster of 10 to 15 words with a period at the end.
    When you are done giving your thoughts or opinion on a
    particular topic then you should write a period and start a new thought with a new sentence.
